"I began working with Ms. Sears in her capacity as a Field Nurse Case Manager in 1994 with a company called Job Site Staffing. I was new to worker's comp at the time, yet her expertise and professionalism helped me navigate through many work related issues. When I began working with her at PBSO in 2003, my interaction with her at PBSO was far more intense than in the past. Her documentation was timely and organized, as was her response to our requests. Though self insured, we do have a third party administrator to assist with our claims. Ms. Sears was one of our "go-to" girls. She possesses that lovely mixture of compassion for our injured employees along with firmness to assuage possible malingerers. She understands customer service and that fine line that she must walk in working for an employer, yet being an advocate for the employee at the same time."
